Ingredients needed:

  • 1/2 cup granola-style cereal
  • 1 tbsp. silvered almonds
  • 1/4 cup mixed dried fruit
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2 tsp. honey

Instructions:
Combine 1/2 cup granola-style cereal (such as Kashi Go Lean Crunch) with 1 tbsp. slivered almonds, 1/4 cup mixed dried fruit, and 1/4 tsp. allspice. Serve with 3/4 cup plain lowfat yogurt mixed with 2 tsp. honey.
