- 6 oz. pork tenderloin, cut into three ..-inch thick slices

Instructions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over pork.
Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
