Ingredients required:
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. coriander
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°.
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Sprinkle spice mixture over potatoes, stirring to coat.Drizzle with olive oil. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking
spray. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned.
