Ingredients needed:

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla lowfat yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup raspberries 
  • 1/2 sliced peach 
  • 1/2 cup blueberries 
  • 1/4 cup high protein granola-style cereal (such as Kashi Go Lean Crunch) 
  • 1 tbsp. pecans

Layer yogurt with fruit in a bowl. Top with granola and pecans before serving.
