Ingredients required:
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme (or 1 tsp. dried)
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh sage (or 3/4 tsp. dried)
- 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°. Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a small bowl, stirring to combine. Spread herb mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast and place in a shallow baking dish. Roast for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked through (juices will run clean when tested with a knife).
