Ingredients required:
- 3 cups broccoli slaw (such as Mann’s)
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
- 2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped grapes
- 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp. Bleu cheese or gorgonzola cheese
- 1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Instructions:
Combine broccoli slaw, chicken breast, apple, celery, grapes, walnuts, and bleu cheese in a medium bowl. In a small bow, mix together lowfat yogurt, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Pour yogurt mixture over broccoli slaw mixture and toss to coat.
