- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 roasted skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 1 slice cooked turkey bacon
- 2 slices tomato

Instructions:
Spread mayonnaise (such as Hellmann’s Light) on one slice of whole wheat bread. Layer with chicken breast, turkey bacon, tomato, and mixed greens. Top with another slice whole wheat bread.
