Ingredients required:

  • 1 tsp. light mayonnaise 
  • 2 slices whole grain bread 
  • 1 roasted skinless, boneless chicken breast, cooked and sliced 
  • 1 slice cooked turkey bacon 
  • 2 slices tomato 
  • 1 cup mixed greens

Instructions:
Spread mayonnaise (such as Hellmann’s Light) on one slice of whole wheat bread. Layer with chicken breast, turkey bacon, tomato, and mixed greens. Top with another slice whole wheat bread.
