Ingredients required:
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 2 tsp. spicy mustard
- 1 tomato, cut into 6 slices
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 oz. (about 2 slices) reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Spread each slice of bread with 1 tsp. mustard. Place 3 thick tomato slices on each slice of bread. Top with each with 1 tsp. chopped basil and 1 slice cheese. Broil until melted, about 1-2 minutes.
