Ingredients needed:
1 whole egg
1 egg white
1/2 cup fat free milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 slices whole grain bread
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup honey
Instructions:
Whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread, turning to coat both sides. Sauté in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden. Spoon berries over cooked toast; drizzle evenly with honey.
