Ingredients required:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp. sesame oil
- 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. lite soy sauce
- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 cup fresh sugar snap peas
- 1 cup edamame
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
Combine the first 7 ingredients (garlic through black pepper) in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add the peas, edamame, pepper, carrots, and bean sprouts and sauté until tender, about 5 minutes. Pour the garlic mixture over the vegetables and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat, sprinkle with cilantro and stir well.
