Ingredients required:
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup fresh green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces (or 1 cup frozen green beans, thawed)
- 1 15.5-ounce can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
Instructions:
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk in the oil and mustard until combined. Pour mixture over beans, tossing to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving. Serve cold or at room temperature.
