Mixed Fruit Parfait

Makes 1 serving

1 cup plain or vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 sliced peach
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup high protein granola-style cereal (such as Kashi Go Lean Crunch)
1 tbsp. pecans

Layer yogurt with fruit in a bowl. Top with granola and pecans before serving.
