Cinnamon Apple Oatmeal

Makes 2 servings

2 cups fat free milk
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 tbsp. dried cranberries
1/2 apple, peeled and chopped

Bring milk to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in oats, lower heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients and serve.
