2 cups cooked whole wheat couscous
1 cup navy or canellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp. feta cheese

Combine couscous with beans, tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil basil feta cheese, tossing to coat.
