Sesame Ginger Broccoli Slaw

Broccoli slaw can be found with the bagged salad mixes in the produce section of the grocery store.

Makes: 4 servings

2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
2 tbsp. lime juice
2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. canola oil
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups broccoli slaw

Whisk together all ingredients except broccoli slaw until well combined. Pour mixture over broccoli slaw, tossing to coat. Cover and chill until serving.
