Seared Chicken with Black Bean Salsa

Makes 2 servings

6 ounces skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 avocado, diced
1/2 cup chopped red onion
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 tsp. cumin

Heat a skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add chicken breast and cook, turning once, until cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine beans and next 6 ingredients in a bowl; toss to combine. Spoon bean mixture over cooked chicken. Serve with salad.
