Introducing Keith Whyte

Keith has led an active and healthy lifestyle for years. The combination of a healthy diet, distance running, regular visits to the gym to work out, and time spent in fitness classes work to satisfy her need for activity and balance in daily life. Fitness helps keep her busy life, which includes raising a growing toddler, in balance. When you ask Keith about what motivates her to stay fit, she’ll often reply, “exercise helps me look and feel my best. Being fit helps me make the most of my daily experiences and gives me the energy to take care of myself and family."

Helping other people has always given Keith a sense of fulfillment. A former teacher, Keith is a natural instructor. She takes the drive and high expectations she developed as an educator and uses them to encourage those around her to get in shape through discipline, focus, and commitment. Becoming a personal trainer was natural for Keith. She continually remarks that training others gives her the chance to help people look and feel their best, regardless of where they are in their life.
