Rush Fitness LLC specializes in YOU.  We will sit down with you to figure out an exercise and nutrition program that will fit into your lifestyle that is specifically designed for you.  From personal training to boot camp to exercise classes – we want to create an exercise program that fits into your lifestyle, you will enjoy and one that will help you achieve your goals.    

Our staff of trainers have been personally selected and guided by our owner, Ron West.  Like him, Keith Whyte is highly skilled and will focus on YOUR needs, YOUR goals and will work with you to develop a plan that looks at you as a whole person and will provide the expertise, motivation, and persistence that will help you attain and maintain your fitness goals.
